PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door opening/closing device which does not need a manual operation, also does not need to touch a vehicle and a portable machine, is not erroneously operated, and can open and close an electric slide door.SOLUTION: A slide door opening/closing device which opens and closes an electric slide door of a vehicle comprises: motion detection means 22 which detects a regulation motion of a user who stands in the vicinity of the slide door 6; and opening/closing control means which controls the slide door 6 so as to be driven to an open direction or a closed direction on the basis of the confirmation of the regulation motion by the motion detection means 22. The regulation motion when the slide door 6 is driven to the open direction, and the regulation motion when the slide door is driven to the closed direction are motions for moving the slide door after the user who stands in the vicinity of the slide door 6 kicks out his/her one foot to a front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
