PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe body connection device which has a simple structure, enables improvement of shaping flexibility and aesthetic quality, and enables easy construction.SOLUTION: A water shut off valve device (a pipe body connection device) 1A is installed on a floor body (a structure) 80 and a pipe body 81 is connected to the water shut off valve device 1A. The water shut off valve device 1A includes: an apparatus body 2 having a cylindrical portion 3 in which a passage is formed; a cylindrical attachment member 6 attached to the cylindrical portion 3 and through which the pipe body 81 is inserted; and a flange-like seat member 5 for installing the water shut off valve device 1A on the floor body 80. The cylindrical portion 3 is provided with a facing surface 320 facing the attachment member 6. An inner peripheral part 501 of the seat member 5 is disposed between the facing surface 320 of the cylindrical portion 3 and the attachment member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
