To provide a pipe body connection device having simple configuration, capable of enhancing degree of freedom for shape and designability, and capable of being manufactured easily.SOLUTION: A water shutoff valve device (pipe body connection device) 1A is installed on a floor body (structure) 80, and a pipe body 81 is connected thereto. The water shutoff valve device 1A comprises: a device body 2 having a cylindrical part 3 inside which a flow passage is formed; a cylindrical cap member 61 externally fitted to the cylindrical part 3, and in which a lock ring 62 for preventing falling of the pipe body 81 is arranged between itself and the cylindrical part 3; and a flange-shaped seat member 5 installed on the floor body 80. The cylindrical member 3 is provided with an opposite surface 320 opposite to the cap member 61. Between the opposite surface 320 of the cylindrical part 3 and the cap member 61, an inner peripheral part 501 of the seat member 5 is interposed and held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
