To provide a pipe body connection device that can improve shape flexibility and a design property with a simple structure, and is easy in constructing.SOLUTION: A stop cock device 1A includes a device body 2 having a cylindrical portion 3, an attaching member 6 attached to the cylindrical portion 3, and a flange-shaped seat member 5 to be installed on a floor body 80. Between an opposite surface 320 of the cylindrical portion 3 and the attaching member 6, an inner peripheral portion 501 of a seat member 5 is interposed. The seat member 5 has an insertion hole 51 for inserting the cylindrical portion 3. On the inner peripheral portion 501 of the seat member 5, an inward projecting portion 52 is provided, which projects inward from the insertion hole 51 and has an end surface on the attaching member 6 side that is flush with an opening edge on the floor body 80 side in the insertion hole 51. The inward projecting portion 52 and the opposite surface 320 are made to abut on each other in the insertion hole 51, and the inward projecting portion 52 and the attaching member 6 are made to abut on each other outside the insertion hole 51.
