REMOTE CONTROL TYPE DRAIN VALVE DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleanability of a remote control type drain valve device.SOLUTION: A remote control type drain valve device of this invention includes a drain valve 1 forming a drain outlet on a bottom surface of a tank body, a valve element 6 for opening and closing the drain outlet, an operation part 7 disposed in a position separated from the drain valve 1 and operating the valve element 6, a transmission part 8 for transmitting operation applied to the operation part 7 to the valve element 6 side, and a driven part 9 connected to an end of the transmission part 8. The driven part 9 has a lifting and lowering part 91 vertically moving the valve element 6. The lifting and lowering part 91 slides along a horizontal direction and an inner peripheral surface of drain piping in accordance with operation of the operation part, and protrudes to the horizontal direction along the inner peripheral surface of the drain piping. Accordingly, only a part of the lifting and lowering part 91 protruding along the inner peripheral surface of the drain piping can be visually recognized by a user, and designability is excellent. Further, a member protruding toward the center does not exist, which is different from a conventional remote control type drain valve device, and thereby, excellent cleanability can be exhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遠隔操作式排水栓装置の清掃性を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は槽体の底面で排水口を形成する排水栓1と、排水口の開閉を行う弁体6と、排水栓1から離れた位置に配置され、弁体6の操作を行う操作部7と、操作部7に加えられた操作を弁体6側へと伝達する伝達部8と、伝達部8端部に連結された従動部9から成る。従動部9は弁体6を上下動させる昇降部91を備えている。昇降部91は操作部の操作に伴い水平方向且つ排水配管の内周面に沿って摺動し、排水配管の内周面に沿って水平方向に突出する。従って、使用者からは排水配管の内周面に沿って突出した昇降部91の一部のみが目視可能となるため意匠性が良く、又、従来の遠隔操作式排水栓装置のように中央に向けて突出する部材が存在しないことから清掃性に優れている。【選択図】図1
