ROOF SUBSTRATE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND ROOF SUBSTRATE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof substrate construction method which can further reduce man-hours, and a roof substrate structure.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a roof substrate, a proper number of substrate plate units 3 in which upper faces of roof boards 1 which are formed high in rigidity by being thickened in plate thicknesses t are covered with waterproof function materials 2 are prepared in advance, ridge beams 4 and purlins 5 are built up by using a crane 6, and after that, the substrate plate units 3 are stretched over the ridge beams 4 and the purlins 5 by using the crane 6. The number of the ridge beams 4 and the purlins 5 and the number of the substrate plate units 3 which are stretched over the ridge beams 4 and the purlins 5 are proper numbers, and the substrate plate units 3 are constituted by widthwise-peeling or vertically jointing plate materials, and covering the upper faces of the roof boards 1 which are formed high in rigidity by being thickened in thicknesses with the waterproof function materials 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】工数をより削減することが可能な屋根下地の施工方法、および屋根下地構造を提供する。【解決手段】板厚tを厚くして高剛性に形成された野地板1の上面を防水機能材料2により覆った下地板ユニット3の適数を用意しておき、棟木4および母屋5をクレーン6を利用して組み上げた後、クレーン6を利用して下地板ユニット3を棟木4および母屋5の上方に張って屋根下地の施工方法を構成する。棟木4および母屋5と、棟木4および母屋5の上方に張られる下地板ユニット3の適数とを有し、下地板ユニット3は、板材を幅はぎあるいは縦継ぎし、かつ、板厚tを厚くして高剛性に形成された野地板1の上面を防水機能材料2により覆って形成された屋根下地構造を構成する。【選択図】図2
