To provide a roof substrate structure which prevents the roof appearance from being spoiled by an eaves ventilation port.SOLUTION: A roof substrate structure 1 includes a roofing board 2, a waterproof sheet 3 disposed on the roofing board 2, a muntin 4 disposed on the waterproof sheet 3, a cross rail 5 disposed on the muntin 4, an eaves ventilation member 5 having an eaves ventilation port 51, an upper ventilation port 6 leading to the eaves ventilation port 51, a lower draining member 7 disposed below the eaves ventilation port 51, and a front draining member 8 disposed at the front side of the eaves ventilation port 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
