PILE PRESS-IN METHOD, REACTION FRAME AND PILE PRESS-IN/PULL-OUT MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform press-in work for pressing in a pile while keeping an interval between the piles wide, without carrying in a pile press-in/pull-out machine, a reaction weight, or a reaction frame to the press-in position using a crane or other machines each time, or removing the same after the press-in.SOLUTION: A flange SF is fitted after pressing in a steel sheet pile S. Weight of a saddle 10, a clamp 11, a slide frame 12, and a leader mast 13 of a pile press-in/pull-out machine 1 and a reaction frame 20 is received by the steel sheet pile S, utilizing bearing capacity of the press-in ground. The saddle 10 and others and the reaction frame 20 are lifted integrally. Then, the saddle 10, the clamp 11, the leader mast 13 and the reaction frame 20 are moved backward integrally, by sliding the slide frame 12. Furthermore, the saddle 10 and others and the reaction frame 20 are lowered, and then the steel sheet pile S is pulled out. Finally, the steel sheet pile S gripped by a chuck 15 is moved by sliding the slide frame 12. The series of operations is performed once or repeated a plurality of times, to bring the pile press-in/pull-out machine 1 and the reaction frame 20 to a prescribed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】杭間を離して杭を圧入する場合、クレーン等によってその都度杭圧入引抜機、反力ウェイト、反力架台を圧入位置に搬入したり、圧入後に撤去することなく圧入作業を行う。【解決手段】鋼矢板Sを圧入した後につばSFを取り付け、圧入地盤の支持力により杭圧入引抜機1のサドル10、クランプ11、スライドフレーム12、リーダーマスト13と反力架台20の重量を鋼矢板Sで受け止め、前記サドル10等と反力架台20とを一体に上昇させ、その後スライドフレーム12のスライドによってサドル10、クランプ11、リーダーマスト13と反力架台20を一体に後方に移動させ、その後前記サドル10等と反力架台20を下降させた後、鋼矢板Sを引抜き、スライドフレーム12のスライドによりチャック15で把持した鋼矢板Sを移動する。これら一連の動作を一回又は複数回繰り返して所定位置まで杭圧入引抜機1と反力架台20を移動させる。【選択図】図7
