PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fireproof covering structure of a base isolation device 100 arranged between an upper structure part 101 and a lower structure part 102 of a building skeleton, in high fireproof performance, with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The periphery of a base isolation device 100 is enclosed by fireproof covering bodies 10 and 20 of an upper part and a lower part, and a heat shield face bar 40 having a heat reflection surface is arranged between the base isolation device 100 and the fireproof covering bodies 10 and 20. The heat reflection surface of the heat shield face bar is turned to the outside. The fireproof covering bodies 10 and 20 are a fireproof covering face bar 50' having flexibility, and the upper part and the lower part are integrated, and are installed in a support frame body 51 provided in an upper structure part 101 or a lower structure part 102 of a building skeleton, and are occasionally formed as a structure enclosing the base isolation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物躯体の上部構造部分101と下部構造部分102の間に配置される免震装置100の耐火被覆構造を簡単な構成により耐火性能の高いものとする。【解決手段】免震装置100の周囲を上部、下部の耐火被覆体10,20で囲い込み、免震装置100と前記耐火被覆体10,20との間に熱反射面を備えた遮熱面材40を配置する。遮熱面材の熱反射面は外側に向ける。前記耐火被覆体10,20は可撓性を有する耐火被覆面材50’であって、上部、下部が一体となっており、建築物躯体の上部構造部分101あるいは下部構造部分102に設けた支持枠体51に取付けられて、免震装置を囲い込んだ構造とすることがある。【選択図】図1
