A fireproof covering member 10 provided to a pipe insertion part comprises an annular fireproof covering material 11 and a support plate 12 having a welded part 121 that is anchored from the outside surface of the annular fireproof covering material 11 by a welded pin 13 and that covers an end face of the annular fireproof material 11. The welded pin 13 can be welded to the welded part 121.
