WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION AND WATERPROOF METHOD FOR TRANSMITTER FOR OBSTACLE DETECTION OF SHUTTER DEVICE FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a connector 14, connecting a substrate 13 of a transmitter 11 for obstacle detection provided to a seat plate 7 of a shutter curtain 2 to an obstacle detection switch 8, in a connector chamber 11f provided to the transmitter 11 in a high-waterproofness maintained state.SOLUTION: A connector chamber 11f is composed of: a bottom-side half part S1 formed in a recessed shape having a bottom and an opening at a lid 11c of a transmitter 11, and having a connector 14 placed therein, and an opening-side half part S2 where a cable 10 connected to the side of an obstacle detection switch 8 is led in. The connector chamber maintains high waterproofness by partitioning off the half parts with a detachable partition body 11k and then filling the opening-side half part S2 with a non-curable soft viscous waterproof material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】シャッターカーテン2の座板7に設けられる障害物検知用の送信機11の基板13と障害物検知スイッチ8とを電気的に接続するコネクタ14を、高い防水性を維持した状態で送信機11に設けたコネクタ室11fに収容する。【解決手段】コネクタ室11fを、送信機11の蓋体11cに底部と開口部とを有した凹陥形状にし、そしてコネクタ14が内装される底部側半部S1と、障害物検知スイッチ8側に接続されるケーブル10が引き込まれる開口部側半部S2とで構成し、そのあいだを着脱自在な仕切り体11kで仕切り、そして開口部側半部S2に非硬化性の軟粘性防水材を充填することで高い防水性を維持する。【選択図】図6
