ADHESION METHOD OF HEAT INSULATION PANEL AND SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE IN DIRECT STICKING HEAT INSULATION PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion method of a heat insulation panel and a sound insulation structure in a direct sticking heat insulation panel, capable of effectively insulating a sound even to a sound of a predetermined frequency, and capable of also avoiding the whole number inspection of an applied adhesive, without reducing an inner size dimension in a room by increase-sticking, for solving the problem embraced by a conventional technology, for the problem of the present application invention.SOLUTION: An adhesive method of a heat insulation panel of the present application invention comprises an outer peripheral adhesive part forming process, a partial adhesive part forming process and a spacer installing process. Among these, in the outer peripheral adhesive part forming process, "an outer peripheral adhesive part" is formed along an outer peripheral line of an adhesive surface of the heat insulation panel, and in the partial adhesive part forming process, "a partial adhesive part " is formed inside the adhesive surface, and in the spacer installing process, a spacer is installed on the adhesive surface. A clearance part is formed between a wall surface and the heat insulation panel by the spacer, and in its state, the heat insulation panel is directly stuck to the wall surface by the outer peripheral adhesive part and the partial adhesive part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、増張りによって室内の内法寸法を小さくすることなく、所定周波数の音に対しても効果的に遮音することができ、しかも塗布された接着剤の全数検査を回避することができる、断熱パネルの接着方法、及び直貼り断熱パネルにおける遮音構造を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の断熱パネルの接着方法は、外周接着部形成工程と、部分接着部形成工程、スペーサー設置工程を備えている。このうち外周接着部形成工程では断熱パネルの接着面の外周線に沿って「外周接着部」が形成され、部分接着部形成工程では接着面の内部に「部分接着部」が形成され、スペーサー設置工程では、接着面にスペーサーが取り付けられる。スペーサーによって壁面と断熱パネルとの間に間隙部が形成され、その状態で断熱パネルが外周接着部と部分接着部によって壁面に直貼りされる。【選択図】図1
