CYLINDRICAL MOLDING DIE, CYLINDRICAL CERAMIC MOLDED BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical molding die capable of industrially producing a high quality cylindrical ceramic molded body free from defects such as cracks and remarkable deformation, and a method for producing a cylindrical ceramic molded body by a cold isostatic press (CIP) method using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a cylindrical ceramic molded body using a cylindrical molding die 1a provided with: a columnar core rod 2 of a hard material; a cylindrical frame 3 arranged co-axially to the outside of the core rod 2 and made of an elastic material; and cover bodies 4a made of an elastic material and supporting the core rod 2 and the frame 3 from both the edges in the axial direction. In the cylindrical molding die, each of the upper cover 5a and the lower cover 6a composing the cover body 4a includes engagement grooves 8, 9 respectively engageable with both the edge parts in the axial direction of the core rod 2 and the frame 3 at the inside faces mutually confronted in a state where the cylindrical molding die 1a is assembled, the outside face on the side opposite to a raw material powder filling part of the upper cover 5a and the lower cover 6a is provided with a counterbore part 10 with a counterbore size of 50 to 80% relative to the radial width of the powder feed part, and the thickness of the part provided with the counterbore part 10 is 3 to 10 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】クラックや著しい変形等の欠陥のない、高品質の円筒形セラミックス成形体を工業的に製造可能な円筒形成形型、等これを用いた、冷間静水圧プレス(CIP)法による円筒形セラミックス成形体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】硬質材料の円柱状の芯棒2と、弾性材料の芯棒2の外側に同軸に配置される円筒状の型枠3と、弾性材料の芯棒2と型枠3の両端を軸方向両端から支持する蓋体4aと、を備え、蓋体4aを構成する上蓋5a及び下蓋6aの各々が、円筒形成形型1aを組み立てた状態で互いに対向する内側面に、芯棒2と型枠3の軸方向両端部とに各々係合可能な係合溝8、9を備え、上蓋5aと下蓋6aの原料粉末充填部の反対側にある外側面に、給粉部の径方向幅に対し50〜80%のザグリ径を有するザグリ部10を備え、ザグリ部10を設けた部分の厚みが3〜10mmである円筒形成型1aを用いる円筒形セラミック成形体の製造方法。【選択図】図1
