The present invention relates to a cylindrical ceramic molding machine and, more particularly, to a molding machine capable of discharging large-sized cylindrical ceramics by inputting ceramic raw materials such as clay or kaolin, mixing by a machine, and carrying out vacuum treatment and compression. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cylindrical ceramic molding machine comprises: a mixing chamber for mixing an input porcelain raw material by the rotation of the horizontally installed transfer screw; a vacuum chamber for discharging the air inside the mixed ceramic material with a vacuum pump; and a compression unit including a compression chamber for compressing the ceramic raw material transferred from the vacuum chamber in a vacuum state by the rotation of a vertically installed compression screw, and discharging cylindrical ceramics through the discharge port at the bottom.
본 발명은 통형 도자기 성형기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 점토나 고령토와 같은 도자기 원료를 투입하여 기계에 의해 혼합하고 진공 처리 및 압축하여 대형의 통형 도자기를 토출할 수 있는 성형기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 통형 도자기 성형기는, 수평으로 설치된 이송스크루의 회전에 의해 투입된 도자기 원료를 혼합시키는 혼합실과, 상기 혼합된 도자기 원료 내부의 공기를 진공펌프로 배출시키는 진공실, 및 상기 진공실에서 이송된 진공 상태의 도자기 원료를 수직으로 설치된 압축스크루의 회전에 의해 압축하여 하부의 토출구를 통해 통형 도자기를 토출하는 압축실을 구비한 압축부를 포함하여 구성된다.
The present invention relates to a cylindrical ceramic molding machine and, more particularly, to a molding machine capable of discharging large-sized cylindrical ceramics by inputting ceramic raw materials such as clay or kaolin, mixing by a machine, and carrying out vacuum treatment and compression. 본 발명은 통형 도자기 성형기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 점토나 고령토와 같은 도자기 원료를 투입하여 기계에 의해 혼합하고 진공 처리 및 압축하여 대형의 통형 도자기를 토출할 수 있는 성형기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 통형 도자기 성형기는, 수평으로 설치된 이송스크루의 회전에 의해 투입된 도자기 원료를 혼합시키는 혼합실과, 상기 혼합된 도자기 원료 내부의 공기를 진공펌프로 배출시키는 진공실, 및 상기 진공실에서 이송된 진공 상태의 도자기 원료를 수직으로 설치된 압축스크루의 회전에 의해 압축하여 하부의 토출구를 통해 통형 도자기를 토출하는 압축실을 구비한 압축부를 포함하여 구성된다.
