RAIL END SURFACE FLATNESS MEASURING JIG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail end surface flatness measuring jig which allows flatness of a rail end surface to be quickly and easily measured without requiring high skill.SOLUTION: A rail end surface flatness measuring jig 100 comprises: a top surface reference member 40 which is abutted against a top surface of a rail R and has a reference surface aligned with the top surface; a side surface reference member 50 which is abutted against one side surface of the rail and has a reference surface aligned to this side surface; a measuring plate 10 which is coupled with the top surface reference member and the side surface reference member so as to have a smooth measuring surface made perpendicular to the reference surfaces of the top surface reference member and the side surface reference member and is pressed against and fixed to an end surface of the rail; and fixing means 20 for fixing the top surface reference member, the side surface reference member, and the measuring plate to the rail. The measuring plate comprises a plurality of measuring through holes 11 provided in different positions corresponding to the end surface of the rail in order to measure distances between the measuring surface and the end surface of the rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熟練技能を必要とせず、迅速かつ容易にレール端面の平面度を測定することができるレール端面平面度測定治具を提供する。【解決手段】レール端面平面度測定治具100は、レールRの上面に当接して基準面をこの上面に合わせる上面基準部材40と、レールの一方の側面に当接して基準面をこの側面に合わせる側面基準部材50と、平滑な測定面が上面基準部材及び側面基準部材の基準面と垂直となるように上面基準部材及び側面基準部材に連結されておりレールの端面に押し当てられて固定される測定板10と、上面基準部材、側面基準部材及び測定板をレールに固定するための固定手段20とを備えている。測定板は、測定面とレールの端面との距離を測定するためにレールの端面に対応する異なる位置にそれぞれ設けられた複数の測定用貫通孔11を備えている。【選択図】図1
