REMOTE OPERATION TYPE DRAIN PLUG DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REHABILITATING REMOTE OPERATION TYPE DRAIN PLUG DEVICE
To provide a remote operation type drain plug device for both electric and manual use, and a method for rehabilitating using the remote operation type drain plug device, wherein the remote operation type drain plug device can be made into the remote operation type drain plug device with only a manually operated mechanism by removing an electric operation mechanism when the electric operation mechanism becomes unnecessary due to replacement of a water heater, etc..SOLUTION: A remote operation type drain plug device is configured of: a drain port that is provided in a tank body; a manual operation part that is provided at a position away from the drain port, and opens and closes the drain port by remote control by performing manual operation; a manual operation mechanism that connects the manual operation part and the drain port; and an electric drive mechanism that is provided on the manual operation mechanism, and electrically opens and closes the drain port via the manual operation mechanism. The electric drive mechanism is configured to be detachable from the manual operation mechanism, and the electric drive mechanism can be replaced with an alternative mechanism that connects the manual operation mechanism to an extraction location of the electric drive mechanism on the manual operation mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】電動・手動兼用の遠隔操作式排水栓装置において、給湯器の交換等により電動操作機構部が不要になった場合に、電動操作機構を取り外して、手動操作の機構のみの遠隔操作式排水栓装置とすることが可能な遠隔操作式排水栓装置を提供する。また、その遠隔操作式排水栓装置を用いた更生方法を提供する。【解決手段】遠隔操作式排水栓装置を、槽体に備えた排水口と、排水口から離間した位置に設けられ、手動の操作を行う事で遠隔操作にて排水口を開閉する手動操作部と、手動操作部と排水口を接続する手動操作機構と、手動操作機構上に備えられた、手動操作機構を介して排水口の開閉を電動動作によって行う電動駆動機構と、から構成し、電動駆動機構を手動操作機構から着脱自在に構成すると共に、手動操作機構上の電動駆動機構の抜脱箇所に、抜脱箇所における手動操作機構の接続を行う代替機構に置換可能に構成する。【選択図】図７
