VERGE STRUCTURE OF BUILDING AND VERGE PROCESSING METHOD OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a fixing strength of a draining member without reducing waterproof properties.SOLUTION: A verge structure of a building includes a fixing member 1 fixed in the gable side end of a sheathing roof board 3 and covering the gable side end surface of the sheathing roof board, and a draining member 2 locked in the fixing member. The draining member 2 has: draining pieces 8, 9 for covering the gable side end of both of the sheathing roof board and a roof exterior material 4 disposed in the upper part; and a flashing piece 7 extending between a roof underlayment material 11 for covering the surface of the sheathing roof board from the draining piece toward an anti-gable side and the roof exterior material 4, and having the tip folded back. The tip of the flashing piece 7 is locked to a fastener 16 fixed to the sheathing roof board in the tip side with respect to the flashing piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】防水性を低下させることなく水切部材の固定強度を高める。【解決手段】野地板３の妻側端部に固定されて上記野地板の妻側端面を覆う固定部材１と、上記固定部材に係止された水切部材２とを備え、水切部材２は、上記野地板とその上方に配設された屋根外装材４の双方の妻側端部を覆う水切片８，９と、該水切片から反妻側に向かって上記野地板の表面を覆う屋根下葺材１１と上記屋根外装材４との間を延びて先端部が折り返された水返し片７とを有する。上記水返し片７の先端部は、該水返し片よりも先端側において上記野地板に固定された係止具１６に係止される。【選択図】図４
