HYDRAULIC DRIVE CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive construction machine, which can reduce twisting of a hydraulic piping to the extent that breakage can be prevented and reduce manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A travel remote-control valve having a travel lever for operating a pair of right and left crawler-type travel part and a driver seat for an operator who operates the travel lever are disposed on a floor part of an operation part so that the travel remote-control valve and the driver seat can be integrally reversed in a direction of travel. The travel remote-control valve is fluidically connected to a travel hydraulic motor set on travel parts through the hydraulic piping. A switching valve set on the floor part of the operation part is installed at a middle part of the hydraulic piping. When the driver seat is reversed, a channel to the travel hydraulic motors is switched through the switching valve. A swivel connector that can rotate around an axis line of the hydraulic piping is installed at the section of hydraulic piping between the travel remote-control valve and the switching valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】破損等を防止することができる程度に油圧配管の捻じれを少なくすることができるとともに、製造コストの低減化が図れる油圧駆動建設機械を提供すること。【解決手段】運転部の床部に、左右一対のクローラ式の走行部を操作する走行用レバーを設けた走行用リモコンバルブと、走行用レバーを操作するオペレータが着座する運転席と、を一体的に前後の進行方向に向けて反転可能に配設した。走行用リモコンバルブは、油圧配管を介して各走行部に設けた走行用油圧モータに流体的に接続した。油圧配管の中途部には、運転部の床部に設けた切換弁を介設した。運転席を反転させた際には、切換弁を介して各走行用油圧モータへの流路が切り換わるようにした。走行用リモコンバルブから切換弁に至る油圧配管の部分には、油圧配管の軸線廻りに回転自在としたスイベルコネクタを介設した。【選択図】図10
