MOLD HOLDING MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MOLD HOLDING MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold holding member that may reduce manufacturing costs and a manufacturing method for the mold holding member.SOLUTION: A body part 3 of a separator 1 of the present invention includes two first body part members 5 and a connecting square bar 7. One of the first body part members 5 is spot-welded to a left end of the connecting square bar 7, and the other of the first body part members 5 is spot-welded to a right end of the connecting square bar 7. The first body part member 5 has a first outside engaging part 9, a first inside engaging part 11, a first mounting surface 13, and other elements formed. The first outside engaging part 9 and the first inside engaging part 11 are separated by a first distance L1. The connecting square bars 7 of various lengths are available for the separator 1, and a plurality of separators 1 having different lengths of the body part 3 may be formed by fixing the two first body part members 5 to both ends of the connecting square bar 7 of appropriate lengths. Therefore, the separator 1 does not require more than one type of molds for varying the length of the body part 3.
【課題】製造コストの低廉化を実現可能な型枠保持部材及び型枠保持部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のセパレータ1の本体部3は、2個の第1本体部材5と、連結角棒7とによって形成されている。一方の第1本体部材5は連結角棒7の左端とスポット溶接されており、他方の第1本体部材5は連結角棒7の右端とスポット溶接されている。第1本体部材5には、第1外側係止部9、第1内側係止部11及び第1載置面13等が形成されている。第1外側係止部9と第1内側係止部11とは、第1距離L1隔てられている。このセパレータ1では、種々の長さの連結角棒7を用意し、2個の第1本体部材5を適宜の長さの連結角棒7の両端に固定すれば、本体部3の長さが異なる複数種類のセパレータ1を形成することができる。このため、このセパレータ1によれば、本体部3の長さを異ならせるために複数種類の金型を用意する必要がない。【選択図】図1
