JOINT METHOD OF CONCRETE MEMBER AND PRECAST MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint method of a concrete member and a precast member, which can form a highly precise junction structure without being affected by mortar injection pressure when the concrete member and the precast member are joined with a mortar charging type reinforcement joint.SOLUTION: A joint method of a concrete member and a precast member comprises following steps: a step to place a precast member on a concrete member while abutting one side face to an external corner of a positioning member fixed on a top face of the concrete member; a step to inject a sealant between the concrete member and the positioning member; a step to fix a sealant holding member at a position, which is on the top face of the concrete member and faces the other side face of the precast member; and a step to inject the sealant between the concrete member and the sealant holding member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】コンクリート造部材とプレキャスト製部材とをモルタル充填式鉄筋継手にて接合する場合に、モルタルの注入圧に影響を受けることなく、精度の高い接合構造を形成することの可能な、コンクリート造部材とプレキャスト製部材との接合方法を提供する【解決手段】コンクリート造部材の上面に固定した位置決め部材の出隅部に一方の側面を当接させつつ、プレキャスト製部材をコンクリート造部材上に据え付け、コンクリート造部材と位置決め部材との間にシーリング材を注入した後、コンクリート造部材の上面であってプレキャスト製部材の他方の側面と対向する位置にシーリング材抑え部材を固定し、コンクリート造部材とシーリング材抑え部材の間にシーリング材を注入する。【選択図】図9
