CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF SCAFFOLD MEMBER AND SCAFFOLD MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold an attitude of restraining a wedge part from slipping out of a bracket, without looseness, in a connection structure of a scaffold member for inserting the wedge part of the scaffold member into the bracket of a scaffold column.SOLUTION: A connection structure is constituted so that a wedge part body 20 is inserted into a bracket 50, and a slipping-out prevention body 30 penetrates through an inside space of the wedge part body, and the lower end side obliquely extends outward from the opening end in the vicinity of a closing end part 23, and in the slipping-out prevention body, the lower end vicinity of an outside surface 30a opposed to a wedge intermediate surface part 22 abuts on the opening edge of the closing end part of the wedge part body, and a first abutting part 35 abuts on the wedge intermediate surface part of the wedge part body, and a second abutting part 36 abuts on an inner peripheral surface of an intermediate surface 52 of the bracket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】足場支柱のブラケットに足場部材の楔部が挿入された足場部材の連結構造において、楔部がブラケットから抜け出ることが抑制されている姿勢を、がたつきなく安定して保持させる。【解決手段】連結構造を、楔部本体20がブラケット50に挿入されて、抜け止め体30が楔部本体の内部空間を貫通して下端側が閉端部23の近傍の開端から外方に向かって斜めに延び出しており、抜け止め体において、楔中間面部22に対面する外側面30aの下端近傍が楔部本体の閉端部の開端縁に当接し、第一当接部35が楔部本体の楔中間面部に当接し、且つ、第二当接部36がブラケットの中間面52の内周面に当接している構成とする。【選択図】図3
