SCAFFOLD MEMBER, AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF SCAFFOLD MEMBER
To provide a scaffold member and a connection structure of a scaffold member suppressing deformation of an energizing member even when attaching/detaching of a scaffold member to/from a scaffold post are repeated.SOLUTION: A scaffold member 10 includes a wedge portion 20A at an end portion of a horizontal member 12. The wedge portion 20A comprises: a wedge portion main body 22 having an insertion portion 26; and a stopper body 24 inserted into the insertion portion 26. A first contact portion 42 and a third contact portion 62 of the stopper 24 are disposed so as to release restriction in an unlock state of moving upward from a lock state. A part of an upper part of the stopper 24 facing an end portion of the horizontal member 12 has a step portion 64. Between the step portion 64 and the end portion of the horizontal member 12, there is disposed a spring member 52 usually energizing the stopper 24 to a horizontal member side face of the insertion portion 26. A spring support rod 50 winding the spring member 52 includes a slide contact portion 50b which is slidably in contact with the stopper 24 and which is in contact with a step 66 of the step portion 64 in transition from the lock state to the unlock state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】足場部材の足場支柱に対する取付け、取り外しが繰り返された場合であっても、付勢部材の変形を抑制する足場部材及び足場部材の連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】足場部材10は、横架材12の端部に楔部20Aを有する。楔部20Aは挿通部26を有する楔部本体22と挿通部26に挿入される抜け止め体24とを備える。抜け止め体24の第1当接部42及び第3当接部62は、ロック状態から上動したアンロック状態では、拘束が解除可能に配置されている。抜け止め体24の上部において、横架材12の端部の相対部位には段差部64を有していて、段差部64と横架材12の端部間には、抜け止め体24を挿通部26の横架材側面へ常時付勢するバネ部材52が配置されている。バネ部材52を巻装するバネ支持杆50は、抜け止め体24に摺接するとともにロック状態からアンロック状態への遷移時に、段差部64の段差66に当接する摺接部50bを有する。【選択図】図4
