DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CRUSHING AND REMOVING EXISTING PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for crushing and removing an existing pile compatible with a general-purpose model of a single-shaft auger device and capable of reducing facility costs.SOLUTION: A casing 11 is fixed at a tip part of an auger screw 13, to surround an auger head 12 fitted at the tip of the auger screw 13 and rotate along with the auger screw 13. The casing 11 includes a plurality of inner cutters 22 protruding toward a central shaft on an inner peripheral surface ahead of the auger head 12, for cutting an outer periphery of a pile 1 when inserted into a ground around the pile 1 while rotating and drilling. The auger head 12 rotates along with the auger screw 13 and crushes the pile 1 starting from a head part, when the casing 11 cuts the outer periphery of the pile 1. The auger screw 13 is provided to be rotatable, so as to carry out above ground the crushed remains of the pile 1 crushed by the auger head 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】汎用機種の単軸式アースオーガ装置に対応可能で、設備コストの低減を図ることができる既存杭の粉砕除去装置および既存杭の粉砕除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】ケーシング１１が、オーガスクリュー１３の先端に取り付けられたオーガヘッド１２の周囲を覆うよう、オーガスクリュー１３の先端部に固定されて、オーガスクリュー１３とともに回転する。ケーシング１１は、回転掘削しながら杭１の周囲の地盤に挿入されたとき杭１の外周を切削可能に、オーガヘッド１２より前方の内周面に、中心軸方向に向かって突出する複数の内部カッター２２を有する。オーガヘッド１２は、ケーシング１１が杭１の外周を切削するとき、オーガスクリュー１３とともに回転して、杭１を頭部から粉砕する。オーガスクリュー１３は、オーガヘッド１２により粉砕された杭１の粉砕物を地上まで搬出するよう回転可能に設けられる。【選択図】図１
