CUTTING AND REMOVING METHOD OF EXISTING PILE
To solve a problem of noise generation and ensure work safety by performing cutting work of an existing pile underground in a pulling out and removing work of the existing pile.SOLUTION: A removing method of an existing pile of cutting an existing pile V, separating the pile from a remaining part, and removing the pile from the underground includes: a step of pressing-in a leading casing around the existing reinforced concrete pile V; a step of lowering a cut steel pipe 2 equipped with a high-pressure jet water nozzle supplying jet water on an inner surface of a lower end into the leading casing and making the extremely ultra-high pressure jet water nozzle face a cutting point of the existing pile V; a step of rotating the cut steel pipe 2 at low speed and applying extremely ultra-high pressure jet water to an entire circumferential surface of the cutting point of the existing pile V, to cut the existing pile V; a step of activating a hydraulic pressure press-fitting device installed on an upper part of the cut steel pipe 2 to integrate the cut existing pile with the cut steel pipe 2; and a step of making the cut steel pipe 2 integrated with the cut existing pile ascend.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設杭の引抜き撤去工事において、既設杭の切断作業を地中で行うことで、騒音発生の問題を解決し、作業の安全を確保する。【解決手段】鉄筋入りコンクリートの既設杭Vの周囲に先導ケーシングを圧入する工程、ジェット水が供給される高圧ジェット水ノズルを、下端部内面に装備している切断鋼管2を先導ケーシング内部に下降させ、既設杭Vの切断個所に極超高圧ジェット水ノズルを対向させる工程、切断鋼管2を低速で回転駆動して、既設杭Vの切断個所の全周面に極超ジェット水を作用させて、既設杭Vを切断する工程、切断鋼管2の上部に装備した油圧式圧着装置を作動させて、切断既設杭と切断鋼管2とを一体化する工程、切断既設杭と一体化した切断鋼管2を上昇させる工程、上記の工程により、既設杭Vを切断し残余部と分離して,地中より撤去する、既設杭の撤去施工方法。【選択図】図3
