METHOD FOR UTILIZING WOODY COMBUSTION ASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technology for effectively utilizing wood ash generated by companies which solves the problems that the wood ash and water are not fixed only by simply kneading and mixing the wood ash and the water, as general common sense, the wood ash generated from general home is scattered to a field and can be reduced, but wood ash generated by the companies must be treated as an industrial waste.SOLUTION: Wood ash and water are used as raw materials. The water is added to the wood ash, is blended so that a water content is in a range of 5-30%, and is kneaded and mixed to obtain a strong alkaline kneaded product. The kneaded product is charged into a frame mold, and is pressurized and molded at 4 N/mmor more per pressurized cross section of 1 mmin molding to be formed into a solid matter. By formed into the strong alkaline kneaded product, a compound of silicon which soluble silicon dioxide contained in the wood ash is formed into dissolved silica enables promotion of self curing, utilization of pozzolanic reaction of the wood ash and pressurization and molding, and thereby the kneaded product is formed into a citric acid-soluble and hard solid matter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 一般常識として、単純に木灰と水とを練り混ぜただけでは固まらないものである、また、一般家庭から発生した木灰は、畑に撒き還元できるが、企業で発生させた木灰は、産業廃棄物として処理をしなければならない、これら企業で発生した木灰を有効活用する技術の開発が待望されている。【解決手段】この発明は、木灰と水を原料とする、木灰に水を加え、含水比が5〜30%の範囲内に調合し、練り混ぜて強アルカリ性の混練物にする、この混練物を型枠に投入し、成形時に於ける加圧断面1mm2当り4N/mm2以上で加圧成形して固形物にする、強アルカリ性の混練物にすることで、木灰に含まれる可溶性の二酸化ケイ素を溶解シリカとさせたケイ素の化合物で、自己硬化を促進させること及び、木灰のポゾラン反応を活用すること及び、加圧成形を行うことによって苦溶性で硬質な固形物となる。【選択図】図1
