PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating-type wave-dissipating device for dissipating waves by being provided in a floating pier and the like installed in a small-scale closed water area of a boat race stadium and the like, especially, which has performance for reducing reflection waves.SOLUTION: A floating-type wave-dissipating device includes: a floating body that floats on a water surface; a first inclined plate that is arranged in the state of being inclined with respect to the water surface from above a side part of the floating body; a second inclined plate that is arranged in the state of being inclined with respect to the water surface between the side part of the floating body and the first inclined plate; and a wave-dissipating material that is attached near the side part of the floating body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
