PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory storage device and a memory holder that can be conveniently used without troublesome work.SOLUTION: A memory storage device according to this invention has a memory holder according to this invention for holding an USB memory and a storage with a lock mechanism, which has a support part to detachably support the memory holder and restricts access to the support part.
