PIPE CONDUIT REPLACEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe conduit replacement method capable of replacing a pipe conduit without stopping water through simple and safe processes.SOLUTION: A pipe conduit replacement method to replace a portion of existing embedded pipe conduit 1 with a new pipe conduit 6 comprises the processes: to construct an upstream side excavation section and a downstream side excavation section separated from each other by excavating the ground in a manner that exposes an upstream portion and a downstream portion of a replacement object section of the embedded pipe conduit 1 in respective excavation sections; to construct an upstream replacement chamber 4 and a downstream replacement chamber 5 defined by internal spaces of respective structures 2 and 3 made of concrete placed and cured in the upstream side and a downstream side excavation sections and to communicate the upstream replacement chamber 4 with the downstream replacement chamber 5 through a new pipe conduit 6 to be newly embedded; and to cut the existing conduit pipe 1 in the upstream replacement chamber 4 and the downstream replacement chamber 5 and to run water through the new pipe conduit 6 with cut edges 11 and 12 of a cut out portion of the existing pipe conduit 1A covered by water stops 7 and 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容易かつ安全な作業で不断水にて管路の移設が可能となる管路の移設工法を提供する。【解決手段】埋設された既設管渠1の一部を新規管渠6に交換する管路の移設工法であって、(1)既設管渠1の交換対象部の上流側と下流側にそれぞれ既設管渠1が露出するように地盤を掘削して、互いに隔てられた上流側の掘削部と下流側の掘削部とを形成する工程、(2)上流側、下流側の各掘削部にコンクリートの打設・養生により躯体2,3を築造してそれぞれ躯体2,3の内部空間からなる上流切換室4、下流切換室5を形成し、新たに埋設する新規管渠6により上流切換室4と下流切換室5とを連通する工程、(3)上流切換室4および下流切換室5において既設管渠1を切断し、既設管渠残部1Aの切断口11,12を止水板7,8により塞いで、新規管渠6に通水させる工程、をそれぞれその順序で行う。【選択図】図1
