FLOOR SLAB REMOVAL METHOD FOR COMPOSITE GIRDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab removal method for a composite girder that enhances efficiency of floor slab removal work and therefore curtails traffic restriction time, without requiring crushing of concrete remaining on a main girder.SOLUTION: Floor slab removal work may be performed efficiently, as a dowel 2d is cut by drilling concrete of a floor slab 3 along with the dowel 2d and using a drill 10, from an undersurface side of the floor slab 3 toward the dowel 2d, and then the floor slab 3 is separated and removed from a main girder 2 after the dowel 2d has been cut. The drilling work may be performed during a construction period outside of traffic restriction time, because the dowel 2d is cut by drilling from the undersurface side of the floor slab 3. The floor slab needs not to be cut in a bridge axis direction with concrete remaining on the main girder, therefore eliminating a need to crush the concrete remaining on the main girder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】床版撤去作業の効率化を図ることにより交通規制時間を短縮することができるとともに、主桁上に残存したコンクリートの破砕作業を必要としない合成桁の床版撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】床版3の下面側からジベル2dに向かって床版3のコンクリートをジベル2dごとドリル10で削孔することによりジベル2dを切断し、ジベル2dが切断された床版3を主桁2から剥離して撤去するようにしたので、床版撤去作業を効率よく行うことができる。即ち、床版3の下面側から削孔することによりジベル2dを切断するようにしているので、削孔作業を施工期間中の交通規制時間外に行うことができる。また、主桁上のコンクリートを残して橋軸方向に床版を切断する必要がなく、主桁上の残存コンクリートを破砕する必要もない。【選択図】図8
