STEEL GIRDER AND FLOOR SLAB COUPLING STRUCTURE, COUPLING METHOD OF STEEL GIRDER AND FLOOR SLAB, AND REMOVAL METHOD OF FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite girder in which a concrete floor slab can be easily removed from a steel girder.SOLUTION: A U-shaped screw-knotted reinforcing-bar 4 is inserted into a through hole 21a drilled on an upper flange 21 of a steel girder 2, and an upper nut member 5 and a lower nut member 6 are screwed with the screw-knotted reinforcing-bar 4 on the upper and lower sides of the upper flange 21, so that the steel girder 2 and a concrete floor slab 3 are made to be coupled by the screw-knotted reinforcing-bar 4 and the nut members 5, 6. the concrete floor slab 3 and the steel girder 2 are disengaged each other only by removing a bending part 4b on the lower part of the screw-knotted reinforcing-bar 4 by cutting, and removing the lower nut member 6 from the screw-knotted reinforcing-bar 4, so that the concrete floor slab 3 can be easily removed from the steel girder 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】合成桁においてコンクリート床版を鋼桁から簡単に取り外すことができるようにする。【解決手段】鋼桁2の上フランジ21に穿設した貫通孔21aにはU字状のねじ節鉄筋4を挿通すると共に、該上フランジ21の上側と下側においては該ねじ節鉄筋4に上側ナット部材5と下側ナット部材6とを螺合しておき、これらのねじ節鉄筋4及びナット部材5,6によって該鋼桁2とコンクリート床版3とを結合するようにしておく。該ねじ節鉄筋4の下部の折れ曲がり部4bを切断により除去すると共に、該下側ナット部材6を該ねじ節鉄筋4から取り外すだけで、該コンクリート床版3と該鋼桁2との結合が解除されるので、該コンクリート床版3を該鋼桁2から簡単に取り外すことができる。【選択図】図1
