PIPE LIFTING DEVICE AND PIPE LIFTING/HANGING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lift up a pipe by a method different from that of a prior art.SOLUTION: A base member 10 is applied between inner surfaces of a sheath pipe P', a middle part of the base member is provided with pushing and abutting means 30 of vertical radial direction of a new pipe P, a hanging base 20 is pushed against a ceiling of the sheath pipe in the vertical radial direction [c] of the new pipe P by the pushing and abutting means and a wire 40 is guided from the hanging base to the lower end of the new pipe and fixed there. The wire is extended by a jig 50 arranged at the wire to lift up the new pipe. At this time, the wires are positioned at both sides of the new pipe around its radial direction [c] and the new pipe is lifted up in its axial symmetry in respect to the wires and the new pipe is lifted straight as long as non-required external force is not added to it. The hanging base is fixed to the inner surface of sheath pipe through its abutment and even if its inner surface is a flat surface having no irregularities like a hume pipe, its hanging base can be easily fixed. It is possible to have such a size as one in which the base member, hanging base and abutment means are sufficiently stored in the sheath pipe and it is not necessary to assure a wide work space in the sheath pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来と異なる方法によって管を持上げる。【解決手段】さや管P’の内面間にベース部材10を架け渡し、そのベース部材の中程に新管Pの上下径方向の押し当て手段30を設け、その押し当て手段により、新管の上下径方向cのさや管の天井に吊下げベース20を押し当て、その吊下げベースから新管の下端に線状体40を導いて固定する。線状体に介設された治具50で線状体を縮長させて新管を持上げる。このとき、線状体は新管の径方向cの両側に位置し、その線状体に対して新管は線対称となって持上げられ、不要な外力が加わらない限り、真っ直ぐ持上げられる。吊下げベースは押し当てによってさや管内面に固定され、ヒューム管のように、その内面が平らな凹凸がない面であっても、その吊下げベースを容易に固定できる。さや管内に、ベース部材、吊下げベース、押し当て手段を十分納まる大きさとすることができ、さや管内に広い作業空間を確保する必要もない。【選択図】図2
