PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe lifting device that can safely holds and lift a plurality of pipes with good workability and is also easy to handle.SOLUTION: This pipe lifting device 10 comprises: an end retainer 20 which retains one-end parts of a plurality of pipes P; an intermediate retainer 50 which retains intermediate parts of the plurality of pipes P; and coupling means for coupling both the retainers. The end retainer 20 has a frame body part 21 which is in a frame shape surrounding the plurality of pipes P and also has a part thereof opened and closed, fastening means for retaining the part in a closed state, and an end plate 23 which abuts on end faces of the plurality of pipes P to restrict them from moving axially, and the intermediate retainer 50 has a frame body part 51 which is in a frame shape surrounding the plurality of pipes P and has a part thereof opened and closed, fastening means for fastening the part in a closed state, and a draw and hook part 80 for drawing and hooking a lifter for lifting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
