PIPE LIFTING-UP DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a base block of a pipe lifting-up device to be stably arranged at a bottom surface of a sheath pipe and cause a member to show light weight and compact in size.SOLUTION: A pipe lifting-up device for lifting up a new pipe P when a travelling bogie 3 used for traveling the new pipe P within a sheath pipe P' is removed from the new pipe P. The pipe lifting-up device comprises a base member 11 of arc-shaped arch material bridged between the inner surfaces of the sheath pipe P' and lifting-up means 12 arranged at a middle of axial direction of the arch of the base member 11. The lifting-up means 12 is configured to lift up the new pipe P by pushing up a pipe end reaction force receiver 20 arranged at the new pipe P. As the base member 11, a member in which a linear steel material is bent into an arc shape is employed. In addition, as the base member 11, a steel of C-shaped section having rising-up parts 11b, 11b facing in the same direction at both ends of a base part 11a is employed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】管持上げ装置の基台をさや管の底面に安定して配置できるようにし、また、部材をより軽量でコンパクトにする。【解決手段】新管Pをさや管P’内で走行させるために用いる走行用台車3を新管Pから取り外す際に、その新管Pを持ち上げる管持上げ装置において、さや管P’の内面間に架け渡される円弧状のアーチ材からなるベース部材11と、ベース部材11のアーチ軸方向中ほどに設けられる持上手段12とを備え、持上手段12は、新管Pに設けた管端反力受部20を押し上げることにより新管Pを持ち上げる構造とした。ベース部材11は、直線状の鋼材を円弧状に曲げ加工したものが採用される。また、ベース部材11は、基部11aの両端に同方向への立上り部11b,11bを有する断面のC型鋼が採用される。【選択図】図2
