PILE FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile foundation structure and a construction method thereof, the pile foundation structure preventing exposure of a head part of a steel pipe pile above a water level at low tide and therefore improving anti-corrosion performance of the steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A pile foundation structure 1 that applies the present invention is installed in a water area along a coast, and includes a concrete pile head connecting member 2 having a plurality of sheath pipes 3 protruding downward, and a steel pipe pile 4 inserted in an inner part 30 of each of the plurality of sheath pipes 3. The concrete pile head connecting member 2 has an undersurface 2a disposed above a water level 80a at low tide and a bottom end 32 of the sheath pipe 3 disposed below the water level 80a at low tide, and a time-hardening material 5 is filled in a gap G formed between the sheath pipe 3 and the steel pipe pile 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】干潮時水位よりも上方で鋼管杭の頭部を露出させないものとして、鋼管杭の防食性能を向上させた杭式基礎構造物及び杭式基礎構造物の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した杭式基礎構造物1は、沿岸の水域に設けられるものであり、複数の鞘管3が下方に向けて突出させて配設されたコンクリート製杭頭連結材2と、複数の鞘管3の各々の内部30に挿通される鋼管杭4とを備える。コンクリート製杭頭連結材2は、干潮時水位80aよりも上方に下面2aが配置されるとともに、干潮時水位80aよりも下方に鞘管3の下端部32が配置されて、鞘管3と鋼管杭4との間に形成された間隙Gに経時硬化性材料5が充填される。【選択図】図17
