RESIN COMPOSITION FOR FORMING TRANSPARENT, HEAT-INSULATING AND SOUND-INSULATING LAYER, AND TRANSPARENT, HEAT-INSULATING AND SOUND-INSULATING LAYER AND TRANSPARENT, HEAT-INSULATING AND SOUND-INSULATING FILM MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for forming a transparent, heat-insulating and sound-insulating layer with which a transparent, heat-insulating and sound-insulating film that is excellent in heat-insulating and sound-insulating and has high visibility can be manufactured easily and provide the transparent, heat-insulating and sound-insulating layer and the transparent, heat-insulating and sound-insulating film manufactured by using the same.SOLUTION: A resin composition for forming a transparent, heat-insulating and sound-insulating layer includes titanium oxide fine particles (A) which is surface-decorated with a compound having photopolymerizable reactive groups, an ionization-radiation-curing type material (B) and an oil-soluble azo polymerization initiator (C). The content of the titanium oxide fine particles (A) which is surface-decorated with a compound having photopolymerizable reactive groups is equal to or more than 20 mass% and equal to or less than 60 mass% of the total solid matters, the content of the ionization-radiation-curing type material (B) is equal to or more than 30 mass% and equal to or less than 70 mass% of the total solid matters, and the content of the oil-soluble azo polymerization initiator (C) is equal to or more than 10 mass% and equal to or less than 30 mass% of the total solid matters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
