ELECTROCHEMICAL TREATMENT METHOD OF REINFORCED-CONCRETE AND UNIT PANEL FOR ELECTRODE THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical treatment method of reinforced concrete, which disposes of a spraying operation of cellulose fibers and an electrolyte solution and maintains an operation environment excellent and can achieve energy saving of a water supply operation of the electrolyte solution.SOLUTION: Many of unit panels 1 for electrode are prepared by providing an external electrode 11 on one surface side of a tabular body 10 and by covering an entire surface of an installation region of the external electrode with a holding material 12 of an electrolyte solution made of a fibrous sheet. To a concrete surface of an object to be treated, the unit panels 1 for electrode are aligned and provided, and fluid-tight properties are secured in a joint part between adjacent unit panels 1, 1 for electrode and an outer periphery part, an electrolyte solution feed port 36is installed at an arbitrary position, and an electrolyte solution recovery port 36is installed, the electrolyte solution is continuously or intermittently supplied from the electrolyte solution feed port 36to between the unit panel 1 for electrode and a surface of the concrete, and the electrolyte solution is recovered from the electrolyte solution recovery port 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セルロースファーバー及び電解質溶液の吹付け作業を無くし作業環境を良好に保つとともに、電解質溶液の給水作業の省力化を図り得るコンクリートの電気化学的処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】板状体10の一方面側に外部電極11を配設するとともに、前記外部電極配設領域の全面を繊維質シートからなる電解質溶液保持材12で被覆した電極用ユニットパネル1を多数用意し、前記処理対象のコンクリート面に対して、前記電極用ユニットパネル1を並べて配設するとともに、隣接する電極用ユニットパネル1,1間の目地部及び外周部において液密性を確保した状態とし、任意箇所に電解質溶液供給口36Sを設置するとともに、電解質溶液回収口36Rを設置し、継続的又は断続的に、前記電解質溶液供給口36Sから電解質溶液を前記電極用ユニットパネル1とコンクリート表面との間に供給するとともに、前記電解質溶液回収口36Rから電解質溶液を回収する。【選択図】図1
