To provide an electrochemical treatment system for reinforced concrete, capable of quickly obtaining a stable voltage due to good electrolyte permeability into concrete while suppressing electrolyte evaporation, and excellent in workability for a ceiling surface.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the electrochemical treatment system for the reinforced concrete, in which an internal electrode, an electrolyte holding material holding an electrolyte, an external electrode and a transparent resin substrate are arranged in this order, and DC current is applied between the external electrode and the internal electrode, hereupon the external electrode is an electrode installed on a surface side of the concrete and the internal electrode is a reinforcing bar embedded in an inner side of the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
