FLOOR MATERIAL AND JOINING STRUCTURE OF FLOOR MATERIAL USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material that can suppress a joint gap and push-up in a connection part between adjacent floor materials, and provide a joining structure of the floor material using the same.SOLUTION: A floor material 1 is provided with a protruding tongue 14 at one side end 6 and is provided with a concave tongue 22 at the other side end 7. The protruding tongue and the concave tongue are configured such that two corners 17, 26 of both corners 17, 18 of the projecting direction tip of the protruding tongue of one floor material and corners 25, 26 of the opening both edges of the concave tongue of the other floor material are brought into abutment with the corresponding two inclination sides 23, 16 of both inside surfaces 23, 24 of the concave tongue and both outside surfaces 15, 16 of the protruding tongue in a line contact manner so as to suppress the expanding/shrinking of gaps 4, 5 formed in the thickness direction double-sided side of each other's side end while the adjacent floor materials are joined, and are configured so as to be engaged while the locking state of the corner is released to the inclination side when the adjacent floor materials are joined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣り合う床材同士の接合部における目隙及び突き上げを抑制し得る床材及びこれを用いた床材の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】一側端部6に突状実部14が設けられ他側端部7に凹状実部22が設けられた床材1であって、前記突状実部及び前記凹状実部は、隣り合う床材同士が接合された状態で、互いの側端部の厚さ方向両面側に形成される隙間4,5の拡縮が抑制されるように、一方の床材の前記突状実部の突出方向先端部の両角部17,18及び他方の床材の前記凹状実部の開口両縁の角部25,26のうちの2つの角部17,26が前記凹状実部の両内側面23,24及び前記突状実部の両外側面15,16のうちの対応する2つの傾斜側面23,16に線接触的に当接される構成とされ、かつ、隣り合う床材同士が接合される際に、前記傾斜側面に対する前記角部の係止状態が解除された状態で係合可能な構成とされている。【選択図】図1
