PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete spray material capable of sufficient spray construction without blending a large amount of quick setting agent or components generating flash setting even when target for spray construction is a surface under freezing point.SOLUTION: There is provided a concrete spray material consisting of following base concrete (A) and a quick setting additive (B) of 7 to 13 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of Portland cement content in the base concrete. A: a base concrete containing Portland cement of 100 pts.mass, anhydrous gypsum with Blaine specific surface area of 11000 to 15000 cm/g of 6 to 13 pts.mass and water and having air content of 1.5 to 6 vol.%. B: a quick setting additive containing amorphous calcium aluminate of 100 pts.mass, sodium aluminate of 1.8 to 8.0 pts.mass, alkali metal carbonate of 4.5 to 11.5 pts.mass and gypsums of 12.5 to 25 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 本発明は、吹付施工対象が、氷点下の表面であっても、大量の急結剤や瞬結化を起こす成分を配合せずに吹付施工が十分可能なコンクリート吹付材を提供する。【解決手段】 次のベースコンクリート（Ａ）とベースコンクリート中のポルトランドセメント含有量１００質量部に対し７〜１３質量部の急結性混和剤（Ｂ）からなるコンクリート吹付材。Ａ；ポルトランドセメント１００質量部とブレーン比表面積１１０００〜１５０００ｃｍ2／ｇの無水石膏類６〜１３質量部と水を含有し、空気含有量が１．５〜６体積％のベースコンクリート。Ｂ；非晶質カルシウムアルミネート１００質量部、アルミン酸ナトリウム１．８〜８．０質量部、アルカリ金属炭酸塩４．５〜１１．５質量部および石膏類１２．５〜２５質量部を含有する粉体状の急結性混和剤。【選択図】 なし
