PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forsterite porcelain composition for laminate substrate capable of readily manufacturing a high-quality laminate substrate, a laminate substrate of the forsterite porcelain composition, a manufacturing method of a forsterite porcelain composition for laminate substrate, and a manufacturing method of the laminate substrate of the forsterite porcelain composition for the laminate substrate.SOLUTION: A forsterite porcelain composition for a laminate substrate obtained by sintering at a temperature of from 850 to 900°C for from 0.5 to 50 hours a mixture that is obtained by mixing MgO and SiO2 at 2:1 molar ratio, followed by further mixing the mixture with LiF at a molar ratio of (1-X):X (here, X is 0.03 or larger). A manufacturing method of the laminate substrate includes mixing together with an organic binder in the mixing step, forming the mixture mixed in the above step into a plate, forming an obtained planar mixture pattern, laminating an obtained plurality of the planar mixture, and sintering the laminated mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
