PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall construction method hardly causing even whitening, without intruding moisture into a coating film of reinforced resin paint even if a long period passes.SOLUTION: A waterproof primer layer (4), a reinforced-resin coating film layer (5) of including a fiber-reinforced material and a top coat layer (7) are coated on a wall surface of a tile (3) stuck to a skeleton (1) via backing mortar (2), and the waterproof primer layer (4) is formed as a cutoff layer of moisture of oozing out by passing through a joint part of the wall surface of the tile (3) by coating solvent-based paint, and the reinforced-resin coating film layer (5) is a layer of coating paint including an aqueous resin emulsion, and the top coat layer (7) is formed as a moisture cutoff layer from the outside by coating the solvent-based paint, and the reinforced-resin coating film layer (5) is formed as a sealed structure (9) by directly joining the waterproof primer layer (4) and an end surface of the top coat layer (7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長期間経過しても補強樹脂塗料の塗膜に水分が侵入せず、白化も生じにくい外壁施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】躯体(1)に下地モルタル(2)を介して貼り付けられたタイル(3)壁面に、防水プライマー層(4)と繊維補強材を含む補強樹脂塗膜層(5)とトップコート層(7)を塗装し、防水プライマー層(4)は溶剤系塗料を塗装することによりタイル(3)壁面の目地部を通って染み出してくる水分の遮断層とし、補強樹脂塗膜層(5)は水系の樹脂エマルションを含む塗料を塗装した層であり、トップコート層(7)は溶剤系塗料を塗装することにより外からの水分遮断層とし、防水プライマー層(4)とトップコート層(7)の端面を直接接合させて補強樹脂塗膜層(5)を密封構造(9)とする。【選択図】図1
