PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame mold device that ensures quality of a concrete member having a concave part in an intermediate part of a bottom surface in a line direction of a PC steel wire and prevents the bottom frame from being damaged.SOLUTION: This frame mold device for producing a concrete member includes a base and a bottom frame placed on the base, in which the bottom frame is separated from each other into a plurality of bottom frame parts continuous in the line direction of a PC steel wire with a gap having a predetermined width at least one position of a site corresponding to an intermediate part of the concrete member, and each of the separated bottom frame parts is provided movable in the elastic deformation direction of the concrete member during pre-stress introduction on the base, and the gap is filled with an elastic member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ＰＣ鋼線の線方向における底面中間部に凹状部を有するコンクリート部材の品質確保および底枠の損傷防止を図る。【解決手段】このコンクリート部材製造用の型枠装置は、基台と、基台上に載置された底枠とを具備し、底枠が、コンクリート部材の中間部に対応する部位の少なくとも一箇所で、ＰＣ鋼線の線方向に連続する複数の底枠パーツに所定の幅の隙間を置いて互いに分離され、分離された各々の底枠パーツが、基台上でプレストレス導入時にコンクリート部材の弾性変形方向に移動可能に設けられ、隙間に弾性部材が埋設されて構成される。【選択図】図３
