PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit room which can suitably prevent or suppress a malfunction such as a scatter of hot water from a bathtub space side to a wash space side even if a part of a washbowl is arranged while being overlapped on an upper side of the bathtub.SOLUTION: In a unit room UR in which a part of washbowl 6 arranged in a wash space Sb adjoining a bathtub space Sa is an overlap part 6a which is overlapped on an upper side of one end part of a front-side flange part 50 of a bathtub 5 in a longitudinal direction, the unit room comprises: a door-shaped first partition 1 which can open and close a first region A1 located close to the other end part of the front-side flange part 50 of the overlap part 6a of the washbowl 6 in the longitudinal direction, and a door-shaped second partition 2 which can open and close a second region A2 of an upper part of the overlap part 6a out of an upper region of the front-side flange part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】洗面ボウルの一部が浴槽の上側に重なった配置に設けられている場合であっても、浴槽スペース側から洗面スペース側に湯水が飛散するなどの不具合を適切に防止または抑制し得るユニットルームを提供する。【解決手段】浴槽スペースＳａに隣接する洗面スペースＳｂに設置された洗面ボウル６の一部が、浴槽５の前側フランジ部５０の長手方向一端部の上側に重なって位置するオーバラップ部６ａとされている、ユニットルームＵＲであって、前側フランジ部５０の上方領域のうち、洗面ボウル６のオーバラップ部６ａよりも前側フランジ部５０の長手方向他端部寄りに位置する第１の領域Ａ１を開閉可能とする扉状の第１の仕切り１と、オーバラップ部６ａの上方の第２の領域Ａ２を開閉可能とする扉状の第２の仕切り２と、を備えている。【選択図】 図１
