JUNCTION STRUCTURE FOR BEAM, AND BEAM RECEIVING METAL FITTINGS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join a wooden beam with which a tendon is disposed in a lower part in an axial direction, with a joined member in such a manner that an end portion of the beam is supported, and to suppress cracking of the beam in the axial direction at a position where the tendon is disposed.SOLUTION: Beam receiving metal fittings 3 are fixed to a substantially vertical face of a joined beam 2, and an end portion of a wooden beam 1 is coupled to the beam receiving metal fittings. In the beam, a tendon 5 is disposed along a lower edge in an axial direction and in an end portion, slits 14 are provided at both sides of the tendon and in a direction along a side face of the beam. The beam receiving metal fittings comprise: a fixed base 31 which is fixed while being abutted to the side face of the joined beam; and two expanded plates 32 which are expanded at the fixed base in a substantially perpendicular direction. The expanded plates are coupled to the beam while being inserted into the slits. The expanded plates extend lower than a position where the fixed base is fixed to the joined beam, and a horizontal part 38 in the vicinity of a lower end is exposed from a bottom face of the beam and abutted to the bottom face of the beam at a lower side of a position where the tendon is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】下部に軸線方向に沿って緊張材が配置されている木製の梁の端部を支持するように被接合部材と接合するとともに、緊張材が配置された位置で梁の軸線方向の割れを抑制する。【解決手段】被接合梁2のほぼ鉛直な面に梁受け金物3が固定されており、該梁受け金物に木製の梁1の端部が結合されている。梁には、下縁に沿って軸線方向に緊張材5が配置され、端部には該緊張材の両側で梁の側面に沿った方向のスリット14が設けられている。梁受け金物は、被接合梁の側面に当接して固定される固定基部31と、該固定基部からほぼ直角となる方向に張り出した2つの張り出し板部32とを有し、張り出し板部はスリットに挿入された状態で梁に結合されている。張り出し板部は、固定基部が被接合梁に固定された位置より下方に伸長され、下端付近の水平部38は梁の下面より露出して緊張材が配置された位置の下側で該梁の下面に当接されている。【選択図】図2
