ANGLE MATERIAL RECEIVING METAL FITTINGS
To provide angle material receiving metal fittings which can improve the holding performance of a first angle material with respect to an L-shaped steel by surely preventing the expansion of a clearance with a fastening face of the L-shaped steel caused by the deformation of a receiving metal-fitting main body.SOLUTION: A clearance 23 is formed between an L-shaped steel 2 and a tip side of a receiving metal-fitting main body 10 which is fastened to one piece part 20 of the L-shaped steel 2 at a base part side, and a perpendicular side part 31 of a first angle material 3 which is inserted into the clearance 23 is received. In a state that front and rear faces 11, 12 of the receiving metal-fitting main body 10 are made to substantially intersect with a fastening face 21 of the L-shaped steel 2, a base part sideway side 14 of a peripheral face 13 of the receiving metal-fitting main body 10 is fastened. Then, the clearance 23 is formed of an insertion hole part 24 which is notched at a base part of an extension side part 15 of the inside of the receiving metal-fitting main body 10 so as to allow the insertion of the perpendicular side part 31 of the first angle material 3 in a state of progressing along the fastening face 21 of the L-shaped steel 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】受け金具本体の変形によるL形鋼の固着面との間の隙間の拡張を確実に防止して、L形鋼に対する第1のアングル材の保持性能を向上させることができるアングル材用受け金具を提供する。【解決手段】L形鋼2とこのL形鋼2の一方の片部20に基部側を固着した受け金具本体10の先部側との間に隙間23を設け、この隙間23に挿通された第1のアングル材3の垂直辺部31を受け止めるようにしている。受け金具本体10の表裏両面11,12をL形鋼2の固着面21に対し略直交させた状態で受け金具本体10の周囲面13の基部側辺14を固着する。そして、隙間23を、L形鋼2の固着面21に沿った状態での第1のアングル材3の垂直辺部31の挿通を可能とするように受け金具本体10の内側の延設辺部15の基部に切り欠いた挿通穴部24により形成している。【選択図】図1
