MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POWDER SINTER MOLDED BODY, BINDER COMPOSITION FOR POWDER SINTER MOLDED BODY AND MOLDING MATERIAL FOR SINTERING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a powder sinter molded body capable of conducting a de-binder process and a sintering process in a short time, less in generation of crack, breakage or the like and further high in accuracy.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a powder sinter molded body 14 by defatting a sintering material molded body 10 molded to a predetermined shape from a molding material 13 containing a sinter powder 11 which can be sintered and an organic binder 12 by applying superheated steam 6 and sintering the same at a predetermined temperature, which is constituted by including a molding process for molding the molding material containing a predetermined binder component to form the sintering material molded body, a de-binder process for eliminating the organic binder by applying the superheated steam at a predetermined temperature or lower to the sintering material molded body and a sintering process for heating the sintering material molded body to a temperature where the sinter molded body is sintered or higher to sinter the sinter molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】短時間に脱バインダ工程及び焼結工程を行うことができるとともに、クラックや割れ等が生じることが少なく、しかも、精度の高い粉体焼結成形体を形成する。【解決手段】焼結可能な焼結粉体11と有機バインダ12とを含む成形材料13から所定の形状に成形された焼結材料成形体10を、過熱水蒸気6を作用させて脱脂し、所定温度で焼結する粉体焼結成形体14の製造方法であって、所定のバインダ成分を含む上記成形材料を成形して上記焼結材料成形体を形成する成形工程と、所定温度以下の過熱水蒸気を上記焼結材料成形体に作用させて、上記有機バインダを消失させる脱バインダ工程と、上記脱バインダ工程を終えた後に、上記焼結材料成形体を、上記焼結粉体が焼結する温度以上に加熱して、上記焼結粉体を焼結する焼結工程とを含んで構成される。【選択図】図1
