PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading apparatus in which a tilt angle of a bucket is stabilized.SOLUTION: A loading apparatus for a wheel loader comprises a linking mechanism which is so designed that a criterion point of a bucket moves in parallel with the ground. It comprises a tilt stopper working state detecting part 23 detecting a tilt stopper working state of the bucket, a communication/shutoff valve 17 witching a lift cylinder bottom room side oil path 13A for supplying pressurized oil to a lift cylinder bottom room 13a and a tilt cylinder rod room side oil path 14B for supplying pressurized oil to a tilt cylinder rod room 14b between a communication position where they are communicated each other and a shutoff position where they are shutoff, and a controlling part 22 switching the communication/shutoff valve 17 to the communication position when at least the tilt stopper sensor 23 detects the tilt stopper working state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
