PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation sheet and a wall panel having easy operation for adhering the same to a substrate.SOLUTION: A heat insulation sheet 3 is adhered to a core material 12 of a substrate 1. The heat insulation sheet has an adhesion layer adhered to the core material 12 of the substrate 1 and a surface sheet detachable from a surface of the adhesion layer on one surface side of a heat insulation sheet body.
