FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of development of structures for additional heat insulation of walls during construction and repair of buildings, intended to reduce heat input from the room into the wall thickness during installation of heat-insulating panels inside the room or for protection of walls against effect of unfavorable atmospheric processes during installation of panels from outside of building of thermophysical parameters of panel as a whole. Technical task is to maintain normal operation of panels for additional heat insulation of walls in conditions of vibration loads and earthquakes that cause formation of seismic waves by eliminating their movement along inner surface of front plane, due to its coating with thin-fiber basalt material, which is arranged in the form of sets, including in pairs the number of at least four twisted bundles, each of which is longitudinally elongated along the sinusoid.EFFECT: panel is proposed for additional heat insulation of walls.1 cl, 6 dwg
Изобретение относится к области разработки конструкций дополнительной теплоизоляции стен при строительстве и ремонте зданий, предназначенных для уменьшения поступления теплоты из помещения в толщу стены при установке теплоизоляционных панелей внутри помещения или для защиты стен от воздействия неблагоприятных атмосферных процессов при установке панелей с внешней стороны здания теплофизических параметров панели в целом. Технической задачей является поддержание нормированных сроков эксплуатации панелей для дополнительной теплоизоляции стен в условиях вибрационных нагрузок и землетрясений, вызывающих образование сейсмических волн, путем устранения их перемещения по внутренней поверхности лицевой плоскости, за счет покрытия её тонковолокнистым базальтовым материалом, расположенном в виде комплектов, включающих попарно количеством не менее четырех витых пучков, каждый из которых продольно вытянутых по синусоиде. 6 ил.
