CONNECTING STRUCTURE FOR PRECAST CONCRETE WALL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure with which precast concrete wall members forming a wall body may be rigidly connected in extending direction of the wall body with a simple and inexpensive structure and construction material may be avoided from being blew off.SOLUTION: A connecting structure comprises: an insert member 14 embedded and fixed onto a connection end surface 13a of one of precast concrete wall members 13; a fasten plate 15 fastened on a connection end surface 13b of another precast concrete wall member 13; a fastening operation recessed part 16 opening on a side surface at a part adjacent to the fasten plate 15; a fastening bolt 17 screwed into a female screw hole 14a on the insert member 14 from a side of the fasten plate 15 to be fastened onto the fasten plate 15; a recessed part anchor member 18 which is formed by screwing a tip male screw part 18a into a female screw mouth part 17b of a head part 17a of the fastening bolt 17 so as to project to inner section of the fastening operation recessed part 16; and a solid filler 19 filling up the fastening operation recessed part 16 by a supported manner by the recessed part anchor member 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】壁体を形成するプレキャストコンクリート壁部材を、壁体の延設方向に、簡易且つ安価な構造により強固に連結できると共に、構成材料が飛散するのを回避できる連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】一方のプレキャストコンクリート壁部材13の連結端面13aに埋設固定されたインサート部材14と、他方のプレキャストコンクリート壁部材13の連結端面13bに固定された締着プレート15と、締着プレート15と隣接する部分の側面に開口する締着作業用凹部16と、締着プレート15側からインサート部材14の雌ネジ孔14aに螺合されて、締着プレート15に締着された締着ボルト17と、締着ボルト17の頭部17aの雌ネジ口部17bに先端雄ネジ部18aを螺合して、締着作業用凹部16の内部に突出して設けられた凹部アンカー部材18と、凹部アンカー部材18に支持させて締着作業用凹部16に充填された充填固化材19とを含んで構成される。【選択図】図4
